First day in El Gouna and no real wind to speak of. Had a gentle morning looking around the 3 kite centres before opting fot he newest. Bit of snorkling, enjoying the basth-like temperature of the sea.

Highlight of the day was the invention of a new sport - extreme Tok-Tok!!

First you wind the driver up a bit, assuring him that 3 adults with day sacks and 2 HUGE kitebags will no-way fit in his little toy of a conveyance. Then, when he's cross enough and has started dragging your bags towards it to prove his point, you help him load the 2 big bags and 3 small bags into the space provided for passengers, then squeeze 2 of you into the very small space between ther bags and the roof, then finally the third passenger shares the seat with the driver,.... and you set off!

Suffice to say if I hadn't been standing on the running board and leaning waaaay out as a counterbalance, it would have been a very short trip - about as far as the first corner! More scary than anything else that kitesurfing has throw at us!
